Dezember 2025The cultural meeting and creative space KULTURNI CENTAR DORĆOL regularly organizes various events from a wide range of areas, like exhibitions, presentations, readings, lectures or discussions. Of course, there are also a lot of art events and the center functions as a gallery. But not only inside the rooms, also on the outside facades, where you can find various great murals. Some of the wall paintings are from the exhibition „Betonska Poezija“, which was curated by the great graffiti store BEOWALLZ. 26. September 2025This block of flats has been covered in great graffiti all around, and there is also a large-scale mural on one side. The connecting works were created during a bigger spray project by RIZLA SQUAD with an elaborate collaboration work across the facades. It filles the bottom walls of the house, but especially on the south side it goes up nearly to the summit. It’s not only that huge mural, it’s actually the whole connected pieces which go around the walls. Fantastic! 10. September 2025In southwest Belgrade, along Bulevar Vojvode Mišića, the tram line also runs besides the southern side, branching off at the point where the main highway merges with Radnićka highway and combines into a complex traffic junction. From the southward crossing, the tram line follows its own path, and the walls are home to some fantastic graffiti and urban art. It often happens that construction work is taking place at this route and the trams don’t operate for several days or even weeks. But this is ideal for creating larger works in this location. 4. Juli 2025In Belgrade under the block of houses and parking lots between Bulevar Despota Stefana and Takovska streets is an underground area with various stores, hairdressers, restaurants, bars and a shooting range. The several corridors are decorated with great works of art, some of which date back to 2013 and are still there. 10. Juni 2025The area around the Poenkareova street in Belgrade is basically a comprehensive graffiti space if you look at the pieces lined up one after the other. It stretches in along a crossroad, which splits and leads over a bridge above itself. There is also an abandoned building on the corner that is used extensively for urban art. Mai 2025In 2011 from August 26th till 28th the walls of the Eleventh Belgrade High School or Sports High School were completely and magnificently redesigned at a MEETING OF STYLE event over three days with a creative festival programm, and it’s amazing that you can still see these works of art almost 13 years later. But it is probably coming to an end, or rather the school is being renovated and redesigned. We were still lucky enough to be allowed onto the grounds to take some last photographs. 17. April 2025The former Beogradska Industrija Piva brewery, or BIP for short, was founded in 1839 and flourished to become one of the largest beer suppliers in the country. At its peak in the 1970s, BIP provided over a quarter of the Yugoslav beer market. In September 2015, the company filed for bankruptcy and ceased operations in December 2021, leaving the large factory site derelict. Shortly afterwards various artists, creative spaces and music bars moved in and it’s meanwhile an alternative art hot spot. 2. April 2025In Belgrade between the streets Takovska, Vojvode Dobrnjca and Bulevar Despota Stefana, there is a large backyard with a parking lot and a recreation area for residents. Basically, it is a large concreted space with a few benches. Not necessarily nice for relaxing, but ideal for colorful art on the wall. And there is plenty of it here, from characters to numerous graffiti. His motifs often show people in everyday situations including creative abstractions that blend vibrant imagery with narrative depth. Instead of a head, a figure is sometimes given a watering can or a bush. The works transform boring, dull facades into pleasant glimpses of a neighborhood living room. 28. Februar 2025On the banks of the Danube in Belgrade is a former factory with monumental silos at a height of 28 meters, the so called SILOSI. The building complex is constructed like honeycombs and consists of a total of 64 cells, but work was stopped many years ago and the site has lain fallow ever since. This landmark of brutalist architecture has been given a new lease of life thanks to the GAIA POKRET movement with several creative spaces, but the highlight are certainly the large murals that have gradually been painted in the lofty heights. >>> READ MORE   [...] Read more...

Januar 2025In Novi Sad between the streets Bulevar Despota Stefana, Fruškogorska, Most Slobode and Sun?ani Kej is the soccer pitch and sports center of the local soccer club FC Kabel and other sports associations. The field is completely surrounded by a long wall and is perfect for graffiti. 5. Januar 2025In the south of the city around the Senjak district there is a network of highway intersections and junctions. It is a veritable paradise for graffiti and urban art. There are several areas, but this page shows especially the masterpiece wall and jam location. The streetcar runs along Vojvode Miši?a street and then turns south along the Most na Adi bridge. This graffiti spot is located a few meters further along the following section. November 2024The Faculty of Dramatic Arts in Belgrade was established in 1948 and is a respectable institution focused on education and research in the fields of film, theater, drama, production, culture, radio, acting and medias. Its building at Bulevar Umetnosti 20 in the district Novi Beograd was built in 1974 in brutalist architecture style, and it provides besides regular classrooms also a big theater stage, cinema halls, studios for radio broadcasting, editing, sound recording or for dance classes. 2. November 2024The “Fakultet Muzi?ke Umetnosti” or in English “Faculty of Music” in Belgrade is the main state and the most prominent higher education music institution in Serbia, continuously existing since its foundation in 1937. The faculty is built with one side of the wall facing Teatar Bojan Stupica and the south side facing Manjež Park. That’s why a few artists thought about freshening up the color of this square and the surrounding walls in 2018. Novi Sad – Bulevar Despota Stefana – Limanski Skate Park

The Novi Sad Skatepark or „Skejt Park“ is located in the Limanski park at Bulevar despota Stefana near the Most Slobode bridge over the Danube. The medium-sized park has several halfpipes, ramps, tables and rails, and of course, as is often the case with skateparks, lots of graffiti. Skate events and graffiti sessions take place here regularly, with the STREETWISE association in particular organizing creative projects time and again.

Belgrade – Careva ?uprija – Hipodrom Hall of Fame

The „Careva Cuprija“ racecourse, also known simply as the „Hipodrom“, is the oldest sports facility in Belgrade. By decree of King Alexander on November 15th in 1920, the Danube Riding Club „Knez Mihajlo“ was granted the state land for a period of 75 years. In 1921, the first gallop derby race and the first race of the City of Belgrade took place, and since then they have become a tradition. One of the largest Halls of Fame in the city is also located on the outer walls of the Hipodrom station, which runs along the streetcar tracks.
